As January ends, we get a clearer picture of who is positioning themselves as contenders in the championship fights.
Stadium Championship Series West – Miami
Tristan England (JCB DIGatron) and Bryce Kenny (Monster Mutt) entered loanDepot park for two events this weekend tied for the points lead in Stadium Championship Series West. England rose to the challenge and took home both Overall Event Championships, while Kenny ran into mechanical issues for both Freestyle competitions, helping Todd LeDuc (Megalodon) take second in the points. With Mike Pagliarulo (Excaliber) and England winning the Freestyle competitions, each of the six points-paying Freestyle competitions on this tour have seen a different winner.
Stadium Championship Series East – San Antonio
Tyler Menninga (Grave Digger) continues to hold down the points lead in Stadium Championship Series East with his first Freestyle win of 2025, but his points lead is shrinking. Saturday’s event went the way of Bari Musawwir (Zombie), who is now just 20 points back of Menninga. On Sunday, Menninga won the JCB Racing competition, but Armando Castro (El Toro Loco) proceeded to win everything else, giving him momentum heading into Houston.
Arena Championship Series Central – Newark
Arena Championship Series Central remains the series with the tightest championship battle, with Jon Zimmer Jr. (Terminal Velocity), Matt Cody (Grave Digger), and Fernando Martinez (El Toro Loco) separated by just 11 points after 10 events so far this season. Jamie Sullivan (Sparkle Smash) picked up a Sky Wheelie win and an Overall Event Championship as well this weekend, and is just 34 points back of Zimmer Jr. Montana Robbins (Plane Krazy) also etched his name into the Monster Jam record books with his first JCB Racing win.
Arena Championship Series West – Sacramento
Weston Anderson (Grave Digger) has been the man to beat in Arena Championship Series West all season long, and he backed that up this weekend with Overall Event Championship wins on Friday and Sunday. However, the two events on Saturday went the way of Devin Winfield (Velociraptor), who moved up to second in the points, albeit 97 points back of Anderson.
Arena Championship Series East – Washington DC
It took us four weeks and dozens of events in 2025 for us to see the first clean sweep of the season. On Saturday evening, Blake Granger (Monster Mutt Dalmatian) pulled it off at the Capital One Center in the Nation’s Capital, winning JCB Racing, Skills, Donuts and Freestyle. He also took home the Overall on Friday and Sunday, although Krysten Anderson (Grave Digger) scored the most points on Saturday afternoon, stopping Granger from sweeping the weekend. Still, Granger was able to pad his points lead up to 45 points. Mark Hall (Raminator) also left Washington D.C. with a reason to celebrate, after taking his first competition win of 2025 with an impressive series of donuts on Sunday.
