SCHEDULE & TICKETS FAQ
Events are listed on the Schedule & Tickets page. You can locate an event in your area and purchase tickets. If you visit the venue’s box office, we suggest looking up their hours of operation on their website before heading to the box office.
Visit our Tickets Page to navigate to your event and click BUY TICKETs. On your ticketing provider’s site (i.e. Ticketmaster), go to the main EVENTS page showing all showtimes. Once there – next to the showtime you will see an information icon, click on that and any available extras should appear. For non-Ticketmaster events – simply use the SeatGeek Search bar for “Pit Party” and “city name” and/or “Early Access” and “city name.” Remember, every person in your party – adults and children ages 2 and up – must each have Pit Passes and Event tickets immediately following the Pit Party to attend the Party in the Pits or Post-Show Meet & Greet with the Drivers.
In most venues, children under two (2) are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Children ages two (2) and up will require a ticket for all events, including Early Access, Pit Party, VIP Experiences and post-event experiences. Public event laws may vary nationwide and from county to county, and some venues may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please contact your local venue to confirm their specific policy.
Group tickets are available in select markets. Check availability by going to our Schedule & Tickets page to find the events happening near you, click on the MORE INFO LINK for your city, and look for the “Group Sales” section for details on whom to contact.
Visit https://www.MonsterJam.com/tickets/ to see if we’re coming to a city nearby. New cities and dates are being added all the time so be sure to continue to check for updates! Sign up to become a Monster Jam Insider for all the latest information.
For the most up-to-date schedule information, use the “Tickets” search function on our Schedule & Tickets page. Please note that this site displays confirmed event dates only. New cities are being added to our event schedules on a regular basis.
Most venues are now using Digital Ticketing, which allows fans to have their tickets available via their mobile phone. We recommend you add your tickets to your phone’s wallet as soon as you get your tickets. Please note: event tickets are transferrable to friends or family who also have a ticketing account through your ticket seller; however, Pit Passes and Add-ons cannot be transferred through the ticket agents at this time.
If you have specific questions on how to get your tickets, transfer tickets, etc., please follow-up with the local ticketing agency. Examples include: Ticketmaster Mobile Ticketing, AXS Mobile Ticketing and SeatGeek Mobile Ticketing
Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and refunds may be available, as necessary. Events that are cancelled without being rescheduled are eligible for a ticket refund. Many ticket sellers such as www.Ticketmaster.com allow fans to sell their tickets to other fans who can attend. Insurance on tickets may also be available at the time of purchase and we recommend that you contact your ticket seller to confirm insurance was added to your online ticket order so they may better assist.
We recommend contacting the ticket seller you purchased from to better assist with your online ticket and experience transfer of tickets.

PIT PARTY FAQ
You can see the massive trucks up close, meet your favorite drivers, get autographs, take pictures and enjoy many other family-friendly activities. This fun-filled experience provides the best opportunity to get up close to the Monster Jam teams and trucks. Plus, get an insider’s look at how these trucks are built to stand up to the competition. Please visit MonsterJam.com or Feld Customer Relations for more details. Fans must have a valid event ticket and pit pass to attend the Pit Party. NOTE: ALL FANS ages two (2) years and up MUST HAVE A MAIN EVENT TICKET for the event immediately following the Pit Party to enter the Pit Party.
Depending upon the venue, our Pit Party could be on the competition floor or a nearby location. Venue personnel can direct you on the day of the show.
At arena and dome shows, the Pit Party is typically inside, on the dirt, while most outdoor stadiums reserve a designated spot in the parking lot close to the stadium. If it’s OUTSIDE, you can’t miss this one-of-a-kind pre-event activity zone!
We recommend you arrive and park no later than 30 minutes before the start time on your Pit Party Pass as you will need to make your way through the parking lots and venue security before entering. Stadium Events typically have the Pit Party in a designated parking lot next to the venue. Arena Events will have the Pit Party on the track.
Arriving close to the end of the Pit Party may lead to disappointment as lines get long and will be cut off so drivers and can prepare for the event.
Please contact your local arena’s or stadium’s Customer Relations team regarding their policies. Our events follow the venue’s guidelines regarding items allowed into the complex.
If there are questions, review the venue FAQs on their website.
