Recap: Saturday night at the Tacoma Dome was eerily similar to the afternoon event in a lot of ways. Both events a Grave Digger Overall Event Championship where Brandon Vinson opened things up with a Monster Jam Racing win. Tristan England also doubled-up, taking a second 2 Wheel Skills Challenge win for EarthShaker. And Bari Musawwir closed things out with another backflip, leading to yet another Freestyle win for Team Zombie. It’s worth noting that while a few other athletes have come close, no one other than EarthShaker or Grave Digger has managed to take an Overall Championship yet on Triple Threat West. Also, a special congratulations is in order for Elvis Lainez of El Toro Loco, who was able to win his first career ATV Racing competition on Saturday night. Congrats Elvis!

Recap: Saturday night in Tacoma was all about Brandon Vinson and Grave Digger. Although he only won two competitions, he managed to grab enough points throughout the event to take the Overall Event Championship even though he didn’t make it to the floor for Freestyle. Elsewhere, Megalodon, Soldier Fortune Black Ops and Zombie have started to put together a nice run in the Speedster Obstacle Course, ATV and Freestyle, respectively. Especially with two of those competitions acting as qualifiers for World Finals, it’s something to keep an eye on as the early season continues.

Recap: Tristan England and Tony Ochs stole the show in Tacoma on Friday night as EarthShaker and Soldier Fortune Black Ops accounted for all the competition wins with three apiece. Unfortunately for Tony, truck breakage that he sustained during his winning 2 Wheel run kept him out of the Donut competition, causing him to leave crucial points on the board in the second half. Although he came back to win Freestyle — it was too little, too late as Tristan had stockpiled enough points to secure his second Overall Event Championship of the young season. This win, and Brandon Vinson’s off night, pushed EarthShaker past Grave Digger and to the top of the Season Standings by 14 points.
