Determined to earn a career first, both Wild Side and Get Er Done Second Generation made their way to the final round in Monster Jam Racing. But it was 18 year-old Zack Garner who drove Wild Side across the finish line first, claiming his first Racing victory in his promising Monster Jam career. Grave Digger and Scooby-Doo kept the event points close as Randy Brown captured another 2 Wheel Skills win and Linsey Read swept the Donut Competition. It all came down to freestyle as Scooby-Doo only stood two points ahead of Wild Side AND Grave Digger. All three drivers delivered sensational freestyle performances that brought the fans to their feet! Even though Grave Digger and Scooby-Doo finished the overall event in a tie, Randy Brown’s Freestyle victory clinched him the last Overall Event Championship in Albany!

Recap: Tonight was all about the reigning World Champion as Albany cheered for Scooby-Doo’s Linsey Read all night long. Mark Hall was able to stay undefeated in Racing with another close final race, but this time with Get Er Done Second Generation’s Brandan Tulachka proving he also is a newcomer to watch out for. But Linsey Read showed the competition exactly why she is the World Champion. Her Sky Wheelie followed by a Popper into a Wheelie during the 2 Wheel Skills Challenge was one of her best performances. With only one more event to go in Albany, Linsey Read is showing everyone why she should be the new Arena Tour Champion.

EVENT NOTES
You could feel the excitement in the air as the Arena Championship Series was about to kick off its 2020 season. Everyone was on their A game as Racing brought about some close races. Wild Side’s Zack Garner was impressive in his Monster Jam debut as he made his way to the final round to face off against longtime veteran Raminator’s Mark Hall. In a too close to call race, the reply showed that it would be Raminator with the first 8 points of the event. Randy Brown in Grave Digger answered back by taking the next win. Our World Champion, Scooby-Doo’s Linsey Read, was still in the fight as she dazzled the fans with a perfect Donut performance. Only two points separated Raminator and Grave Digger from claiming the first victory. But in the end, Downtown Randy Brown put down an epic Freestyle performance that would crown him the first Overall Event Championship.
