The first of Monster Jam\u2019s five domestic tours kicked off its championship race last weekend with four events at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Event after four events to open the series, the top 5 remains covered by just 14 points! <\/strong>Here\u2019s how it all went down:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Blake Granger<\/a> <\/strong>(Monster Mutt Dalmatian), who won TWO Monster Jam series championships in 2025, set himself up strongly to do the same this year, as he won the opening two overall event championships of the weekend on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. Granger currently leads the Arena West AND International Series standings<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Keeping him honest throughout those two events was Armando Castro<\/a> <\/strong>in El Toro Loco, who won it all last time he competed in arenas when he was crowned the 2024 Arena Championship Series East Champion. Castro finished second overall on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon, and on Saturday evening he brought home the Overall Event Championship, temporarily tying Blake Granger on points.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It was Tim Hall Jr.<\/a> <\/strong>in Jurassic Attack who launched a surprise attack on Sunday. A loss to Alex Bardin<\/a><\/strong> in Earth Shaker in the JCB Racing final was the one thing that stopped him from sweeping the event. In fact, Bardin won three of the four JCB Racing events throughout the weekend.<\/p>\n

Joining them all in the winners club was Matt Cody<\/a><\/strong> (Grave Digger), who took home two Freestyle wins.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Arena Championship Series West heads to Reno, NV, this weekend, where the title fight will continue. And get geared up for more action, because ALL FIVE DOMESTIC TOURS<\/a><\/strong> will be in action this weekend as we get the 2026 season under way!<\/p>\n
