With the biggest event of the year steadily approaching, social media chatter has ramped up regarding which drivers will be selected to compete for a world championship at Monster Jam World Finals XXV which takes place on July 4th<\/sup> weekend at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City. We will analyze each series and the possible contenders who could be heading to Salt Lake City.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

International Series:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\"Blake<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Monster Mutt Dalmatian driver Blake Granger has already locked up the International Series Championship and will be heading back to World Finals to defend his BKT Freestyle title. A few other drivers have been topics of conversation about a possible return to the biggest event of the year. It would be a feel-good story if veteran driver Charlie Pauken was to pilot Grave Digger for one more World Finals event. He is a former freestyle champion having driven Monster Mutt to the title in 2010 and an opportunity to win it all again would surely make some fans happy. Another former freestyle champion is Mike Vaters II who drove Megalodon to close out the International Series but tasted gold in 2015 behind the wheel of Overkill Evolution. Vaters Jr. would be a fan-favorite pick to be added to the field of 28.<\/p>\n

Arena Championship Series West:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Granger also currently leads the West series and could once again double down on World Finals bids, which could lead to another driver taking that spot and heading to Utah. Armando Castro is currently second on the series and the El Toro Loco driver is a two-time World Finals champion who could very well find himself in the main field once again. A driver who was in the main field one year ago is Grave Digger\u2019s Matt Cody, who was co-winner of the Last Chance Qualifier and put on a great showing in Grave Digger Stars and Stripes. Cody may get another chance to flash the red, white, and blue as we celebrate America\u2019s 250th<\/sup> birthday at Rice-Eccles Stadium.<\/p>\n

Arena Championship Series East:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jon Zimmer Jr. is in a great position to win a second straight series championship and return to Monster Jam World Finals in Terminal Velocity. MJ Solorio made a name for himself last year when he was inserted into the Utah Sports Commission 2-Wheel Skills Challenge as an alternate and ended up on the podium, finishing third. This could be the year where Solorio finds himself in the main field. Triton Robbins is another intriguing option if not for the main field, then definitely for the LCQ. Krazy Train has been lighting up Monster Jam for two years and the 2025 Rookie of the Year could take the train off the rails in Salt Lake City. World Finals stalwarts Coty Saucier and Krysten Anderson could also find their way back to the big event with solid seasons on the east series.<\/p>\n

Freestyle Mania Championship Series:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Team Grave Digger is on top of the wildly entertaining Freestyle Mania Championship Series which combines the best of Monster Jam with the best of Freestyle Motocross. Weston Anderson and his FMX teammate Drew Slaugh have Grave Digger primed for another series title, which would be Anderson\u2019s fifth in a row since debuting in Monster Jam. A strong candidate to make his World Finals debut would be veteran driver Tony Ochs, from the JCB DIGatron team. Ochs has been around the sport for 10 years and is shining in his new truck, at one point winning seven consecutive event championship trophies. Fernando Martinez is a rising star in the sport and was the fastest qualifier in the LCQ a year ago with El Toro Loco Stars and Stripes. A World Finals bid would be a lifelong dream for the long time Monster Jam fan turned Monster Jam superstar. Of course, you can\u2019t talk about World Finals without including the \u201cPrincess of Carnage\u201d Brianna Mahon who may find her way back to big event with her new friend Bailey Circuit as she looks to bring Ringling Bailey Circuit into the field of 28.<\/p>\n

Stadium Championship Series East:<\/strong><\/p>\n

JCB DIGatron\u2019s Tristan England has recently added to his series points lead as he looks for consecutive series wins and a trip back to World Finals to defend his Utah Sports Commission 2-Wheel Skills Championship. Camden Murphy has had a great second season piloting Classroom Crusher and has been a World Finals competitor for the last several years. Former World Finals Champions Adam Anderson and Grave Digger, Colt Stephens and ThundeROARus, Jim Koehler and Avenger, and Cynthia Gauthier and Lucas Stabilizer would all appear to be fan favorites to get a return invite back to Salt Lake City as well. The east series also boasts some young superstars who have competed in the main field previously. Sparkle Smash driver Jamie Sullivan is looking for her third invite, while Mayhem\u2019s Chris Koehler, and Excaliber\u2019s Mike Pagliarulo continue to earn freestyle wins with hopes of being selected to the main field for a second time.<\/p>\n

Stadium Championship Series West:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The final series is currently being led by Son-Uva Digger\u2019s Ryan Anderson who looks to add a sixth World Finals win to his impressive resume. He is joined out west by two-time World Finals Champion Tyler Menninga, also looking for a return to Salt Lake City to compete for his third world title. Zombie driver Bari Musawwir is one of the most popular drivers in the sport and has been in mainstay in the main field for many years during his incredible run in the sport. Bryce Kenny wowed the crowd last year with a grind rail stunt in Tech Deck Wreck Deck and now hopes to bring the 12,000-pound skateboard into World Finals competition for the first time. Two fast rising superstars in Monster Jam are Wild Side\u2019s Zack Garner, another former World Finals Champion, who impressed again last year, and Dalton Widner who now looks to bring his new truck Shell Shock\u2019ed to the main field for the first time.<\/p>\n

While there are many other viable contenders to compete at Monster Jam World Finals, this is just a rundown of some superstars who have had strong 2026 campaigns as they try to earn their way into the expanded field of 28.
