Monster Jam was in Houston, Tampa, Fargo, Brooklyn and Providence last weekend with many drivers moving up and down the points standings after Week 5 of competitive action.
Stadium Championship Series East – Houston
After a strong start to the season, Tyler Menninga (Grave Digger)’s competition has been halting his momentum the past couple of weeks, with Menninga only winning Freestyle on Sunday last weekend. The JCB Racing wins went to Dalton Widner (Jurassic Attack) on Saturday and Bari Musawwir on Sunday, while Skills went to Colt Stephens (ThunderROARus) on Saturday and Armando Castro (El Toro Loco) on Sunday, and Saturday Freestyle was won by Jim Koehler (Avenger). Armando Castro took home the Overall on Saturday, while Camden Murphy (Classroom Crusher) won Sunday. However, a rough day on Saturday saw Camden drop to fifth in the standings.
Stadium Championship Series West – Tampa
Adam Anderson (Grave Digger) doubled-down in Raymond James Stadium last weekend, sweeping both Overall Event Championships, despite winning only the Skills Challenge on Sunday. Ryan Anderson took the JCB Racing and Freestyle wins on Saturday, while points leader Tristan England won Skills, then Bryce Kenny (Monster Mutt) broke through for the Sunday JCB Racing win, while Zack Garner (Wild Side) won Freestyle. England extends his points lead to 29 points, while mechanical issues dropped Bryce Kenny down to fourth in the standings. The series has now crowned eight different winners in eight Freestyle events.
Arena Championship Series West – Fargo
The drivers in Arena Championship Series West were faced with two events at the Fargodome, with points leader Weston Anderson (Grave Digger) picking up another Overall Event Championship on Saturday. However, on Sunday it was Tim Hall Jr. (Jurassic Attack) breaking through for his first Overall Event Championship of 2025, while Cory Rummell got back into the winner’s circle in JCB Racing as a substitute driver for Earth Shaker. Anderson continues to impress in 2-Wheel Skills, winning 17 of the 19 Skills competitions so far this year.
Arena Championship Series Central – Brooklyn
The Arena Championship Series Central tour lived up to the hype of having a close points battle, with six of the eight drivers earning competition wins over the weekend. However, Jon Zimmer Jr. (Terminal Velocity) opened up a 19-point lead thanks to winning the Overall Event Championships Saturday afternoon, Saturday evening, and on Sunday. Meanwhile, Jamie Sullivan (Sparkle Smash) pulled off a fantastic forward-momentum backflip Friday night in Freestyle to take the Overall. She sits fourth in the standings behind Zimmer Jr., Matt Cody (Grave Digger), and Fernando Martinez (El Toro Loco), all of them covered by 34 points.
Arena Championship Series East – Providence
Blake Granger (Monster Mutt Dalmatian) continues to hold down a healthy points lead of 81 points in Arena Championship Series East, winning two of the four Overall Event Championships at the America Mutual Pavilion. The other two events were won by MJ Solorio (El Toro Loco), which helps him out in the epic battle for second in the standings. Krysten Anderson (Grave Digger), Solorio, Brandan Tulachka (Just Get-Er-Done II) and Tony Ochs (ThunderROARus), sit 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th in the standings respectively, separated by 13 points overall. Mikayla Tulachka (Megalodon) also had a strong weekend, taking wins in Donuts and JCB Racing.
