about

  • What are some of your interests/hobbies/favorite pastimes?
When I’m not working on my Monster Jam truck, I enjoy going out, from snowboarding to skateboarding. I’m really good at cornhole and try to hit up some tournaments when I can.
  • Who are your role models?
My mom and dad, of course
  • Do you have any pre-event rituals you run through?
Before the event, I try to call my parents and friends back at home and that always gets me hyped up and reminds me every weekend why I’m doing this.
  • What’s something a lot of people don’t know about you?
When I was younger, I grew up around Dan Evans, the former owner and driver of The Destroyer monster truck. From being around his truck as a little kid, I always knew this is what I wanted to do
  • What is your favorite memory on or off the racetrack?
My favorite memory would be my first overall win in San Jose, California. San Jose was also my first event I drove at as a Monster Jam driver.
  • What is your most prized possession?
My most prized possession would probably be my dad’s 1977 Chevy truck. That truck was his first vehicle when he was 17, and he passed it onto me when I was a kid.  One day, I’ll get it all restored and enjoy it again.

life on the road

  • What is the best and worst thing about being on the road every weekend with Monster Jam?
I enjoy seeing the country. I don’t fly; I actually see the roads and every city, every weekend. The bad part is it is a lot of traveling and not much time home and for my personal life.
  • While on tour, what is your favorite thing to do during your free time?
Sleep when I can get it! Haha
  • How do you keep fit?
I definitely don’t hit the gym as much as I should but I definitely get some exercise working on my own truck, especially moving around these 66” BKT tires.
  • What item(s) can you not live without while traveling on the road with Monster Jam?
I can’t live without my phone and headphones.
  • What is your favorite city to travel to? Why?
My favorite city is Detroit because it’s my hometown event.
  • What countries have you visited with Monster Jam?
I’ve been to South America with Monster Jam in 2018. I also went to Chile, Argentina and Brazil.

career

  • How did you get started competing in Monster Jam?
I started with Monster Jam as a technician in 2017 and did that for a couple years.  In 2022, I found a home with Team Throttle Monster, and they gave me my first chance to drive in 2023.
  • What is your favorite part about competing in Monster Jam?
My favorite part is definitely living my dream! I was a little kid obsessed with Monster Jam.  I watched the shows on TV and went to events in person and always wished to be a driver.
  • How would you describe your driving style?
    Consistent
  • What advice would you give to kids who want to become a Monster Jam driver?
Never give up! I almost have a few times and I’m glad I didn’t.
  • What is your greatest memory as a Monster Jam driver?
My first time driving in Monster Jam, heading down the tunnel into the arena at San Jose.
  • Who in Monster Jam do you look up to for inspiration?
Morgan Kane, the first driver I crewed for who told me not to give up on my dreams

  • What’s your favorite movie?
