Last Saturday night, Marvel and Monster Jam teamed up for the third and final October live event and the world was once again watching on YouTube and our Fast Channel partners. Adam Enticknap and I were once again on the call, and the action that took place at AT&T Stadium did not disappoint.
Team Throttle Monster means business as we head into 2025, and the one-two punch of Mike Christensen and Dalton Widner is primed to make a lot of noise on Stadium Championship Series East. Mike came out to the track in Arlington with something to prove, and prove it he did. Vendetta was consistent all night and set the bar high with a jaw-dropping freestyle run to kick off the final competition of the night, earning his second career stadium Overall Event Championship.
Weston Anderson took over the reins of Grave Digger 42 and was unbeatable on the racetrack, recording the fastest time of the night and dominating the racing bracket, which earned him the first 12 points of the evening in JCB Racing.
Jurassic Attack picked up another win in the Great Clips Skills Challenge as Dalton Widner continues to prove he is one of the best in the sport. Throwing the steering wheel out of the front windshield has become his trademark, and the fans appear to be wildly entertained by the talented and charismatic superstar.
While the on-track action belonged to Team Throttle Monster, the night as a whole belonged to the fans as Monster Jam continues to roll out these weekly live streams changing how you can watch our beloved sport and giving more fans the opportunity each week to see their favorite drivers and trucks compete.
Up next is a trip to Spokane, Washington on November 8-10, which will feature and all-star lineup at the Spokane Arena. The Spokane event includes the highly-anticipated one-time return of Backwards Bob to Monster Jam, which was announced during Saturday’s broadcast.
Thank you to everyone who turned into our three Marvel Monster Jam events this month. It was an absolute honor and pleasure to call the action for you and I look forward to once again joining you live on Saturday nights hopefully in the near future.
