Jacksonville Ready for TWO Shows!

Authored by Monster Jam on November 14, 2022

Monster Jam® action will be enjoyed by fans from coast to coast this weekend. One of the highlights will be the historic appearance in Jacksonville, Florida.

This north Florida city has been a steady host of Monster Jam competition since the mid-‘90s, but 2017 marks the first time that Monster Jam fans will get two chances to watch the action.

Due to record-setting attendance on Saturday night events in past seasons, officials at Jacksonville’s EverBank Field decided to ask for a second show for 2017. Their request was granted as a Sunday afternoon date (Feb. 19) was added to the scheduled Saturday night (Feb. 18).

The dual stop is part of the FS1 West Series, which is currently embroiling in the tightest point battle of the season. Monster Energy® (Todd LeDuc) holds a slight lead over Max-DTM and several other challengers. The twin dates will play an impactful role on the eventual championship. The series champion will receive an automatic bid to Monster Jam World Finals® XVII.
