Monster Jam All-Star Challenge
The following terms (the “Voting Rules”) govern fan voting for the Monster Jam All-Star Challenge Event at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas, NV on October 11-12, 2019 (the “Event”). Feld Motor Sports, Inc. (“FMS”) reserves the right to modify any of the Event’s competitors, schedules, activities and other elements, these Voting Rules, and the terms and conditions of this voting process at any time in its sole discretion.
1. Voting Details
The Event will showcase team competitions with Monster Jam drivers competing in Racing, Freestyle and the all-new Best Trick competition. Twenty-four (24) Monster Jam drivers will be selected by FMS to compete in the Event. Fan voting via the Monster Jam website at https://www.monsterjam.com/vote (the “Website”) will be considered in FMS’s selection of ten (10) of the twenty-four (24) Event competitors. The number of votes received will be a factor considered in selection but will not guarantee a competitor spot at the Event. All selections for competitor spots at the Event are in FMS’s sole and ultimate discretion.
FMS reserves the right to report on the progress of voting from time to time but is not obligated to do so.
No prizes or consideration will be provided in exchange for votes. Any prizes awarded to Event competitors are subject to the terms, conditions, rules and qualifications of the Event.
2. How to Vote
Voting is open to fans located in the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older.During the period from May 20, 2019 through June 24, 2019 (“Voting Period”), eligible fans may submit votes online via the Website. FMS reserves the right to shorten, extend, re-open or otherwise modify the Voting Period in its sole discretion.
Up to ten (10) votes may be submitted per IP address per day during the Voting Period.
FMS reserves the right to change the foregoing limit in its sole discretion. By voting, you are agreeing not to use any unofficial, third party services to cast votes on your behalf. FMS reserves the right, but is not obligated, to disqualify, block or remove any votes from any individual who votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, tampers with the voting process or otherwise does not abide by these Voting Rules, or for any other reason, as determined by FMS in its sole discretion.
Online voting is subject to standard Internet access charges; data rates may apply.
FMS and its related and affiliated entities, and each of their respective agents, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and their respective successors, licensees and assigns, and any other entity involved in the administration, promotion, or implementation of the Event and these Voting Rules (collectively, the “Administrators”) shall not be liable for difficulties, failures, interruptions or malfunctions of any devices, software, systems, networks or any other communications or equipment; or for any technical or other problem which may cause the voting to be disrupted or corrupted.
By participating, each individual agrees to comply with these Voting Rules and to release and hold the Administrators harmless against any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of such individual’s participation in the voting.
Administrators will take commercially reasonable steps where practicable to enforce the limits and restrictions set forth in these Voting Rules; however, some limits and restrictions may not be enforceable as written due to limitations on the ability to prevent and track certain misuses. If for any reason voting is not capable of being executed as planned, FMS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action it deems appropriate or to withdraw the transmission of any vote, but FMS is in no way obligated to do so.
Caution: Any attempt by a voter or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or website, tamper with the voting process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the voting is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Administrators reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
