SCHEDULE & EVENTS UPDATES

CINCINNATI, OH

Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state, and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, the Monster Jam events scheduled on November 21 & 22 at Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Ohio have been rescheduled from April 17 & 18, 2021 to September 4 & 5, 2021.

  • Tickets for the Saturday, November 21st event will be honored on September 4th, and tickets for Sunday, November 22nd will be honored on September 5th. If you have any questions about the transfer of your tickets, please contact the Box Office at info@heritagebankcenter.com.
  •  Should you choose to receive a refund and you purchased your tickets on www.ticketmaster.com with a credit card, you must request a refund by logging into your Ticketmaster.com account or by calling Ticketmaster directly at 1-800-653-8000.
  •  If you purchased tickets directly from the box office, please contact the Box Office at info@heritagebankcenter.com. Once you have emailed to request a refund, a member of the Box Office Staff will contact you directly to confirm they have received your request and confirm your refund has been completed.
  • If you purchased your tickets elsewhere, contact your point of purchase directly.

DETROIT, MI

Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state, and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, the Monster Jam event on March 13 & 14 in Detroit, MI at Ford Field has been postponed.

The new dates will be announced in the future. Please hold on to your tickets, which will be honored for the new event dates in 2021.

  • All tickets previously valid for any of the following events will be honored:

    • March 14-15, 2020; July 25-26, 2020; December 19-20, 2020 and March 13 & 14, 2021.

    • Seating relocation may be necessary to accommodate COVID-19 protocols. If that is the case, we will update ticket holders with instructions for exchanging tickets at a later date.

  • If you have any questions about the transfer of your tickets to the rescheduled event, please contact the Ford Field Ticket Office at 313-262-2008.
  • Should you choose to receive a refund, information is located a ticketmaster.com. For purchases directly from the Ford Field Box Office, please visit www.FordField.com for additional information and fan support inquiries.

FOXBOROUGH

Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state, and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, the Monster Jam event scheduled for June 27, 2020, at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA has been postponed.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI

We regret to inform you, due to the continued spread of COVID-19 and in accordance with local government restrictions on large gatherings, we have decided to postpone the Monster Jam event scheduled to take place on March 26-28, 2021 at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, MI. The Monster Jam event has now been rescheduled to October 8-10, 2021.

  • All tickets previously valid for any of the following event dates will be honored: March 20-22, 2020; March 26-28, 2021. Seating relocation may be necessary to accommodate COVID-19 protocols. If that is the case, we will update ticket holders with instructions for exchanging tickets at a later date.
  • Refunds will be available through September 23, 2021, at 11:59 pm. No refunds/exchanges will be issued beyond this date.
  • Should you choose to receive a refund, the information is located at Ticketmaster Customer Service.

RENO, NV

Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state, and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, the Monster Jam events originally scheduled on March 20-22, 2020 at Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center in Reno that were previously postponed have been canceled.

  • Refund information is located at Ticketmaster.com.
  • Tickets purchased on Ticketmaster.com will automatically be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • All other tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase.

SAN ANTONIO, TX

We regret to inform you, due to the continued spread of COVID-19 and in accordance with local government restrictions on large gatherings, the city of San Antonio has decided to postpone the Monster Jam event scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 23rd and Sunday, January 24th  at the Alamodome. The Monster Jam event has now been rescheduled to July 3-4, 2021.

  • Tickets for the Saturday, January 23rd event will be honored on July 3rd, and tickets for Sunday, January 24th will be honored on July 4th. If you have any questions about the transfer of your tickets, please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@alamodome.com.

Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state, and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, the Monster Jam event scheduled on April 17, 2021 at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, WA has been postponed.

The new dates will be announced in the future. Please hold on to your tickets, which will be honored for the new event dates in 2021. Your tickets are valid for the new date.

SOUTHAVEN, MS

Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state, and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, the Monster Jam scheduled on April 17-19, 2020 at Landers Center in Southaven, TN was rescheduled.  The new date is April 9-11, 2021.
