RECAP

As we closed our weekend here in Toledo, our 7 athletes brought everything they could in this last event.  It was definitely the night for Mark List with El Toro Loco and Krysten Anderson in Grave Digger.  Our first 2 competitions were snagged by El Toro Loco locking in 16 points towards the Overall.  Our final two Monster Jam truck competitions were claimed by that “Black & Green Wrecking Machine”.  Krysten Anderson represented the legacy of Grave Digger in both Donuts and Freestyle and grabbed both wins. Ultimately it came down to points.  With a total of 30 points and the Overall Event Championship, Mark List took the bull by the horns and title of event champion.  It was an exciting night as we wrapped up our time at the Huntington Center.  Only at Monster Jam came you find lots of action that was unscripted, unexpected, and UNBELIEVABLE!

RECAP

As the temperature rose in Toledo on Sunday afternoon, so did the heat in the competition! Mark List in El Toro Loco was feeling hungry for an Overall Event Championship and took a large step towards it with wins in both Racing and the 2-Wheel Skills Challenge. Grave Digger’s Krysten Anderson proved she was a strong contender as well with a beautiful Donut display and an exciting Freestyle, grabbing wins in both much to the crowd’s delight. In the end, it was consistency that paid off for Megalodon’s Justin Sipes. Although he was not able to take home a competition win, his consistent high scores gave hime the most points, and a place on top of the pod for the Overall Event Championship win!

RECAP

Our 2nd night in Toledo and our 3rd event down here at the Huntington Center with the Monster Jam Arena Championship Series. It was a night for Justin Sipes with Megalodon as he took a massive bite out of the other athletes with 3 competition wins in Racing, 2-Wheel Skills, and Donuts!  In his 2nd win of the weekend in the FMX Best Trick Competition, Robert Haslam soared upside and in the air with an incredible extreme back flip. Our final Monster Jam truck competition, Freestyle, was down-to-the-wire with Megalodon and Matt Cody in Iron Warrior as they fought for those last 8 points.  It was that crazy bull El Toro Loco, with Mark List at the helm, who took the Freestyle win.  In the end, it was Justin Sipes in Megalodon who took home 30 points and his second Overall Event Championship win of the day!!

RECAP

The audience buzzed with energy as the Huntington Center filled for the second event in Toledo. Colton Eichelberger in Max-D was able to conquer the track in both Racing and Freestyle, taking home two competition wins, but transmission problems plagued both him and Preston Perez in Taurus today. Despite a few minor problems on Megalodon, Justin Sipes powered through, grabbing a win in 2-Wheel Skills. The audience was once again wowed by our FMX riders as they showcased their most high-flying feats, with Jerad LaRue garnering the win for the Best Trick Competition. Krysten Anderson in Grave Digger put on an impressive Donut display once again securing that competition win. As the points were tallied, it proved to be close, but it was Justin Sipes in Megalodon who took home the Overall Event Championship
