EVENT NOTES

History was made on Saturday night in Sioux Falls. David Olfert of Bounty Hunter captured his first career Overall Event Championship. David made it to the Semi-Finals of Monster Jam Racing before finishing in second place in the 2 Wheel Skills Challenge. He had the lead in Freestyle for most of the competition, until Grave Digger’s Randy Brown capped the night with a very impressive run in his own right. What better way to celebrate his first time driving Bounty Hunter than with his first ever championship, congrats David!

Randy Brown of Grave Digger made it two-for-two in Overall Event Championships on Saturday afternoon in Sioux Falls. For the second day in a row, he took the Freestyle win to cap the event. He also finished in second place in Monster Jam Racing, the 2 Wheel Skills Challenge and Donuts. Randy was also aided by his ATV teammate Carston Butler, who took the ATV Obstacle Course win. We’ll see if Grave Digger can make it three wins in a row and sweep the weekend on Saturday night.

EVENT NOTES

Randy Brown of Grave Digger was able to take the first Overall Event Championship of the weekend by winning the 2-Wheel Skills Challenge, Monster Jam Donuts and Freestyle. He was the only driver in the field who had completed in Sioux Falls before and his experience showed through. We’ll see if the other competitors can narrow the gap over the rest of the weekend.
