EVENT NOTES

The final event in Nampa was underway as Dragon’s Darren Migues once again proved why he is the fastest Monster Jam truck on the racing track. Team Dragon put up a strong battle for the Overall Event Championship, but they were no match for Team Grave Digger. Randy Brown had the fans on his side as he continued his dominance in 2-Wheel Skills, Donuts and Freestyle. As Randy begins to pull away from the pack, Scooby-Doo!’s Linsey Read continues to gain ground on Stinger Unleashed’s Zane Rettew in the Season Standings. We will see who can rise to the occasion and who will fall under pressure next week in Albuquerque!

Dalmatian Nation was in the house today as Kaylyn Migues and Team Monster Mutt Dalmatian dominated the first half of the event with wins in Monster Jam Racing and ATV Obstacle Course. Grave Digger’s Randy Brown continued to shine in the 2-Wheel Skills Challenge and Donut competitions. Linsey Read finally got that Freestyle win she’s been aiming for this weekend. But the Overall Event Championship went to Monster Mutt Dalmatian marking the third overall title in Kaylyn’s career.

EVENT NOTES

The rivalry between Team Grave Digger and Team Stinger Unleashed was evident as we began our series in Nampa. The teams went back and forth in the point standings all night. Zane Rettew got the first win of the event during Monster Jam Racing. Team Grave Digger answered back with the win in ATV Obstacle Course. Zane Rettew was no match in the 2-Wheel Skills Challenge while Randy Brown picked up his 14th win of the series in the Donut competition. As we went into Freestyle, Stinger Unleashed stood just two points ahead of Grave Digger. But before they took the track, Nampa was on their feet as Linsey Read’s Scooby-Doo! took flight completely clearing the pod! In the final moments of the event, it all came down to this final competition. And in the end, it would be Randy Brown taking the win in Freestyle that would clinch him the first Overall Event Championship in Nampa.
