EVENT NOTES

Minneapolis saw an incredible night of action as Camden Murphy and Bakugan Dragonoid took home the Overall Event Championship, his second on the season. Murphy won his fourth championship in Racing and second in the 2-Wheel Skills Challenge en route to capturing the event crown. With the win, Bakugan Dragonoid closed the gap on the top spot in the Season Points Standings, pulling to within 11 points of Max-D Fire and Tom Meents. Meents made it all the way through to the end of the Racing bracket before motor troubles caused him to miss the final round and all of the 2-Wheel Skills Challenge. He made a dramatic return at the end of Freestyle to take the win and add to his points total, maintaining the top spot in the Overall Season standings. Stadium Championship Series 1 action continues next weekend from Arlington, TX.
