Event Recap:
A near sold out US Bank Stadium crowd were on their feet for three incredible competitions tonight! Cole Venard and Black Pearl continued his freestyle dominance by winning his second straight St. Jude Save of the Night and Freestyle win in a row. And speaking of dominance, Mike Vaters II and Overkill Evolution, walked and turned his truck on just two wheels to his fourth Great Clips Skills Challenge win of the season! The Great Clips Skills Challenge finish was so close, that Overkill Evolution beat out Todd LeDuc and Monster Energy by 1/1000 of a point! Flying through the race bracket to stop Todd LeDuc and Monster Energy’s two race competition win streak was Bryce Kenny and the Great Clips Mohawk Warrior. Bryce Kenny’s lightning fast times were good enough to carry him through the final race with Jon Zimmer and Dragon, as he would take home his second career and of the season, race competition win. Consistency was the key for Todd LeDuc and Monster Energy tonight. He would not a take win in one competition, but stayed near the top of all three to capture his third Overall Event Championship of the season!
