EVENT NOTES

A week after Buddy Tompkins captured the first Event Championship of his career, Travis Groth followed suit behind the wheel of Trouble Maker in Lexington. In what proved to be a tough track, Travis was able to earn a commanding racing win, finishing almost a full second ahead of second place. After not fairing too well in the Two-Wheel Skills Challenge, he rebounded with a Donuts competition win, moments before his teammate took an ATV Obstacle Course win as well. Heading into Freestyle, Trouble Maker was looking to sweep the second half of the show, and while he came up just short, his third place Freestyle finish was more than enough to seal the win and the Event Championship for Travis Groth.
