It was another great show in Houston Sunday at NRG stadium.  Cole Venard and Black Pearl took home his first win of the season in Monster Jam Racing when he came back in to the competition in the Semi-Final Round after Black Stallion couldn’t fire.  Cole Venard and Black Pearl beat out his teammate Jamey Garner of the Rod Ryan Show truck. In 2-Wheel Skills Challenge, we saw Jon Zimmer of Dragon Ice make a triumphant return to the winner’s circle taking home his first 2-Wheel Skills Challenge win this year. Cory Rummel in Megalodon Fire had a massive freestyle run that had him on top for most of the competition until Charlie Pauken and Grave Digger beat him out by .089.  Grave Digger and Charlie Pauken finished the night on top with 38 points to capture his second Overall Event Championship on Stadium Championship Series 3.

It was a cold night outside in Houston, Texas, but the action on the track in the NRG Stadium was hot Saturday night!  El Toro Loco’s Becky McDonough scored her first Monster Jam Racing win of the season and the second of her career at the first of two events taking place this weekend.  Todd LeDuc finally captured his first competition win of 2019 by winning the 2-Wheel Skills Challenge with an impressive front popper and huge save.  But the big finale came in Freestyle when Cole Venard wowed Houston fans in Black Pearl with another impressive Backflip Wheelie combo that earned him his third consecutive Freestyle win.  In the end, Jon Zimmer in Dragon Ice proved to be the most consistent driver athlete of the night and took home his second Overall Event Championship trophy of 2019.
