EVENT NOTES: It was a close competition Saturday night at Greensboro Coliseum as the athletes fought for every point possible. With six athletes taking home a competition win, there was no one dominate team for the night. In the end, it was Megalodon’s Justin Sipes that was the most consistent across the board and took home the Overall Event Championship. This is Megalodon’s third championship win in the season and he remains on top of the Leaderboard with 206 points for the Overall Season Points.

EVENT NOTES: It was an electric crowd in the Greensboro Coliseum for the Friday, January 13th evening event of Monster Jam Triple Threat Series presented by Amsoil. El Toro Loco’s Armando Castro took home his first overall event championship of the season by winning 5 of the 7 competitions and taking home a total of 47 out of a possible 56 event points. Tonight’s impressive performance by El Toro Loco allows Armando Castro to move to fourth place in the overall season standings with 117 points, narrowing the gap with the other contenders.
