World Finals Qualifier Update

Once again this year, Monster Jam competitors will have the opportunity to earn a spot in the World Finals, to be held Saturday and Sunday, May 2 and 3 at Camping World Stadium in Orlando.

The top eight driver athletes who compete in their tour’s 2 Wheel Skills or Skills Competitions will be offered a spot to compete in Orlando based on their average score throughout the championship season. Through the first eight weeks of the season, Neil Elliott (Max-D™), who has won seven Skills Competitions on Stadium Championship Series Green, is the current leader with an average score of 9.475.

Defending ATV World Champion Blake Granger (Max-D) has put himself in position to earn a return visit to Orlando in defense of his title. Athletes on the Triple Threat Series can earn a spot by scoring in the top eight of highest average number of points per competition. Granger is joined by five others who competed in 2019, but there are still several weeks remaining to determine the roster. Last year, Justin Hicks earned his spot with his final week’s performance and it could happen again.

Colton Eichelberger (Max-D) currently leads the Speedster standings, determined by the average points accumulated in each Triple Threat Speedster Obstacle Course. The eight qualifiers will compete in Speedster Obstacle Course and Speedster Racing during the Monster Jam World Finals XXI Pit Party, using a two-day format. Last year’s Speedster Obstacle Course Champion Matt Cody (Blue Thunder®) is right in the thick of it to qualify, but 2019 Speedster Racing Champion Armando Castro still has some work ahead of him in the weeks ahead.

Qualifier standings will be updated weekly until the final standings are revealed. Monster Jam World Finals XXI tickets are on sale now with seven World Champions to be crowned over the two-day period.
