Weekend Recap: All Five Tours in Action as First Series Champion Crowned

Stadium Series Blue – Cory Rummell (Megalodon) recorded his first Freestyle win and first overall event championship of the season as the series visited State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ. Points leader Tyler Menninga (Grave Digger) racked up his ninth Skills title of the year while John Gordon (Bad Company) claimed his third Racing title. The series now heads to Reno April 21–23 for a series of non-points events.

Stadium Series Red – Tom Meents (Max-D) scored his third overall event championship of the season at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field, and chalked up his fifth Skills title of the year along the way. Bryce Kenny (Great Clips Mohawk Warrior) captured the Racing title while Kayla Blood (Soldier Fortune) capped off the night with the Freestyle win, her second of the season. The series now moves to Atlanta Motor Speedway for two events April 22–23.

Arena Series East – The chase for the championship resumed this weekend with a visit to Cincinnati, OH with three different drivers claiming event championships. Weston Anderson (Grave Digger) and Dalton Widner (Jurassic Attack) claimed the first two overall event championships before Armando Castro (El Toro Loco) closed the weekend with a perfect score to claim the Sunday afternoon event championship. The drivers head north of the border now for a stop in Hamilton, Ontario April 22–23.

Arena Series Central – Jon Zimmer Jr. (Terminal Velocity) swept the three event championships at The Resch Center in Green Bay, WI. Zimmer also took two Donut wins during a weekend that saw six different competitors claim at least one win. Brandon Vinson (Grave Digger) scored Freestyle and Skills wins, while Zimmer, Zack Garner (Wild Side) and Coty Saucier (Dragon) took Racing wins. Next stop is Columbia, South Carolina for three events April 22–23.

Arena Series West – A Freestyle sweep in Des Moines, IA helped Tristan England (Earth Shaker) build up his championship points lead to 100. England took home two overall event championships while David Olfert (Velociraptor) earned his first overall event championship of the season as well. Olfert was also unbeaten in the weekend Racing action. Krysten Anderson (Grave Digger) was a double Donut competition winner. The series now heads to Austin for two events April 22–23.
