Some key steps were taken on the road to Monster Jam World Finals® XVIII with visits from Monster Jam® at seven stops across the country.
FS1 West: This series experienced an off weekend in preparation for the final event. Next Stop: Atlanta, GA
FS1 East: This series experienced an off weekend in preparation for the final event. Next Stop: Detroit, MI
Stadium Tour 3: This series completed its 2017 schedule on Feb. 18 in Oakland. Congratulations to the series champion Son-uva Digger® (Ryan Anderson).
Stadium Tour 4: The series visited Anaheim and came away with a new point leader. DragonTM (Jon Zimmer) claimed the overall event by finishing second in each competition. VP Racing Fuels Mad ScientistTM (Lee O’Donnell) took the win in Racing and Grave Digger® (Charlie Pauken) added a Freestyle victory. Next Stop: El Paso, TX
Triple Threat Series Central presented by AMSOIL: There is a true challenge for the championship as Pirate’s CurseTM (Camden Murphy) continued to gain ground on leader MegalodonTM (Justin Sipes). Through the weekend, seven different athletes scored competition wins. Next Stop: Allentown, PA
Triple Threat Series West presented by AMSOIL: It was a clean sweep for Grave Digger (Cole Venard) in Portland, who stretched the point lead by another 40 points. Max-DTM (Jared Eichelberger) finished second in each show, holding hope going into the final two rounds of competition. Next Stop: Tucson, AZ
Triple Threat Series East: Grave Digger (Tyler Menninga) came out of a four-show weekend in Wilkes-Barre, PA as the new point leader. Grave Digger swept Freestyle and won 15 of the 24 weekend competitions. Next Stop: Bridgeport, CT
Arena Tour 4: Yet another change at the top of the point standings was witnessed in a five-show weekend in Hidalgo, TX. Grave Digger (Randy Brown) had been chasing Northern Nightmare® (Cam McQueen) from the start. A clean sweep of the weekend now means Grave Digger is the one to catch: Next Stop: Biloxi, MS
Arena Tour 5: Grave Digger (Pablo Huffaker) won nearly every Racing, Wheelie, Donut and Freestyle competition as the tour stopped in Wheeling, WV. Monster Mutt® (Kevin Crocker) prevented the sweep by winning the Saturday afternoon Wheelie action by three points. Next Stop: Lexington, KY
Arena Tour 6: Megalodon (Alex Blackwell) gained ground by taking two overall event wins and scoring five competition wins on the weekend. Master of Disaster (Paul Strong) recorded its first Monster Jam Racing championship of 2017. Next Stop: Council Bluffs, IA
