UNOH Students Earn Monster Jam Tryout

Two University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH) students have taken an important step in pursuit of a career as Monster Jam athletes.

Brenden Rassel and Zach White-Griggs have been selected to take part in a tryout process, which could ultimately bring them to Monster Jam University powered by UNOH in Paxton, Illinois.

All current UNOH students were given the opportunity to apply. The successful candidates have each completed their Automotive/High Performance Motorsports Associates degrees and have enrolled in the Automotive Technology Supervision Bachelor’s degree curriculum.

Monster Jam University powered by UNOH provides a training ground with authentic track layouts and challenging conditions that mirror the real world stage for the awe-inspiring performances that make Monster Jam so popular. The facility has developed World Champions and assisted dozens of current Monster Jam superstars in their career development.
