Authored by Larry Jewett on April 18, 2022
Stadium Championship Series Red
Todd LeDuc (Blue Thunder) recorded his highest event point total of the year, capturing the crown at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field. LeDuc’s consistent finishes helped him take his second event championship of the season, including second place in Skills and Freestyle competitions. Mark List (El Toro Loco) opened the action with a Racing win, defeating Cynthia Gauthier (Lucas Stabilizer), who was making her first final round appearance of the year. Points leader Tom Meents (Max-D) was a Skills winner for the ninth time. Bryce Kenny (Great Clips Mohawk Warrior) brought home his second consecutive Freestyle win. The series heads west to Denver on April 23 as Meents holds a 21-point lead over Adam Anderson (Grave Digger) in the quest for the championship.

Stadium Championship Series Yellow
2022 Series Champion, Ryan Anderson (Son-uva Digger) proved his greatness in Syracuse this weekend by claiming the event championship despite not winning a single competition. Anderson claimed the win with a higher Freestyle score to break the tie with Tyler Menninga (Grave Digger). Menninga had earlier defeated Anderson to reign supreme in Racing. Menninga then went on to a Skills win, but a seventh place in Freestyle was too much to overcome in his first visit to Syracuse. Bari Musawwir (Zombie) recorded his sixth Freestyle win of the year. An April 23 date at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ awaits the series.
Arena Championship Series Central
The series was off this past weekend and will resume the efforts to crown their 2022 champion with a visit to Hamilton, ON from April 23-24.
Arena Championship Series East
Series champion Weston Anderson (Grave Digger) swept all three events as the series paid a visit to Macon, GA, on the road to Monster Jam World Finals, now only a month away. Anderson was a two-time winner in Racing, 2-Wheel Skills and Freestyle. Brianna Mahon (Whiplash) took a Freestyle victory in the Friday opener. Armando Castro (El Toro Loco) closed the weekend with a Saturday night Racing win. Visiting competitor David Olfert (Jurassic Attack) was a winner in 2-Wheel Skills. The next stop is Evansville, IN, on April 23-24.
Arena Championship Series West
A pair of events are on the schedule for Saturday, April 23 in Moline, IA. Points leader Brandon Vinson (Grave Digger) holds a commanding 126-points lead and aims to become the third champion crowned, joining Weston Anderson (Arena Championship Series East) and Ryan Anderson (Stadium Championship Series Yellow) as competitors who have punched a ticket to Monster Jam World Finals XXI.
