With the final stop looming for the West Tour of the 2016 Monster Jam® featuring the AMSOIL Series; it has become a battle between two teams of Monster Jam® trucks and their respective athletes for supremacy. Team Grave Digger® and Morgan Kane scored the most points in last weekend’s stop in Nampa, Idaho, but only by one more point than challenger Colton Eichelberger and Team Max-D^TM.

Grave Digger® swept Monster Jam Racing and scored two of the three wins in Freestyle for the bulk of the scoring. Max-D^TM.had wins in five different competitions in an effort to keep pace.

Once again, Kayla Blood and Team El Toro Loco® was a dominant force in the Donut competition, winning two of the three performances.  Bailey Shea in Team Scooby-Doo!^TM. also reigned victorious in the competition, earning the ladies of the tour a clean sweep in Donuts.

Despite dominance in the Speedster action, Coty Saucier and Team Monster Energy® could not accumulate the needed points to keep a championship drive alive and will likely finish third in the competition’s final standings.

The AMSOIL Series moves to Reno. One team will come away with the 2016 series title and an automatic bid in the Monster Jam World Finals® XVII in Las Vegas, March 17-19.
