Driver Change in Philadelphia

Fans in Philadelphia will catch the exciting conclusion of Monster Jam’s Stadium Championship Series 2 this weekend at Lincoln Financial Field and, like all good dramas, there’s a bit of a plot twist.

Ryan Anderson will be behind the wheel of Grave Digger, replacing his brother, Adam, who is unavailable for the weekend. This will be Ryan’s first competitive appearance in Grave Digger.

In his message to his fans on social media, Ryan pointed out that Son-uva Digger is still around and will still be on the tour next week, but when his brother asked him to help out, he had to say yes. That’s why he’ll be competing in the “City of Brotherly Love”.

The Philadelphia event features the tightest points race of the year with Anderson’s Grave Digger leading Neil Elliott and Max-DTM by just four points. The champion gets a spot in the Monster Jam World finals XX, which will be held at Camping World Stadium in Orlando in three weeks (May 10-11).
