04/19/21 Update: As the pandemic recovery progresses, we are continuing to closely monitor changes to government mandates, public health guidelines and industry standards, to determine when it is appropriate for us to adjust our COVID-19 related protocols accordingly. In the near future, we will consider increasing seating capacities on a case-by-case basis, after assessing local regulations, vaccination progress and other factors that may arise in each applicable market.   Face coverings will still be required for all events for the foreseeable future. As a valued patron of Feld Entertainment, the safety of you, our guests, cast, crew, and everyone involved in the production of Monster Jam is our top priority. We will continue to update all event pages with up-to-date information on our Fan Wellness policies.

Monster Jam Checklist


Monster Jam is working hard with our trusted venue partners to ensure the highest standards of safety and wellness when it comes to today’s live experience. Please check the venue website to review venue policies,  including face covering and entry requirements. Please note that temperature checks/entry screenings may be required at certain venues. Monster Jam has been working closely with a variety of state and local leaders, health organizations, and local arena and stadium management to develop protocols for safety and wellness while our guests are in the seating area. We have created Pod Seating for your family and friends to safely enjoy all the action, while still social distancing from groups that are also in attendance. The Pod Seating that you purchase will be shared exclusively with the people that you have chosen to attend the event with you and will not include any guests that are not part of your group. Consider it your own personal viewing area to enjoy all the fun and excitement that Monster Jam has to offer. 


Please note that Pod Seating must be purchased in its entirety and may not be divided. Sitting in any seat outside of your assigned Pod Seating is strictly prohibited.



To support our drivers, hosts, and crew safety and wellness, we’ve currently modified the Monster Jam experience. This means autograph sessions, pit parties, and VIP Experiences have been temporarily halted, but there are still many ways to stay connected to your favorite Monster Jam athletes and trucks! Don’t forget to stay connected with #MonsterJam via social media. Plus, when you are at the event make sure to check out the live interviews and fan voting.


Beginning in 2021, pit parties will resume in select markets, where allowed.  Monster Jam will limit pit party capacities and activities and implement health and safety measures based on the event, venue, and local authorities’ guidelines.  



Monster Jam has reimagined the live event guest experience for getting all your favorite Monster Jam gear. We’ve created new touch-free payment and digital purchasing options for your convenience and safety.   Fans can now skip the line by pre-ordering items prior to arriving at the venue and have their purchase ready upon arrival at the event. During the live event, fans can also order merchandise from the comfort of their seat and pick up their merchandise at select locations within the venue.


The Fan Checklist


Remember to check the temperature of each member of your party before arriving at the arena or stadium.  If anyone has a temperate of 100.4° or more or is not feeling well, please stay at home and follow CDC guidelines. Monster Jam has a flexible ticket exchange policy if you need to alter your plans due to illness. 



Gear up for Monster Jam! You don’t need to bring a helmet, but a face covering will be required to attend Monster Jam. Unless otherwise exempted by law, all fans age 2 and older must wear a properly fitting face covering over their nose and mouth at the event – local venue rules also apply. Your face covering must stay on as you cheer on your favorite Monster Jam driver and truck but can be removed when you are actively eating and drinking as long as you are appropriately socially distanced and put it back on when you are done!


Please bring your own face coverings.  Disposable masks will be available if you forget yours. Monster Jam branded masks will be available for purchase at the event.



Upon arrival at the venue and while navigating the concourse and seating area, please make sure to maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet between your party and others.

We have set enhanced health and safety guidelines which we require you to follow while attending a Monster Jam event. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Guests should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to attend. By attending a Monster Jam event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.



Feld Entertainment reserves the right to modify event health and safety guidelines as circumstances require and to deny admission or remove any person who is not following guidelines or whose conduct puts any person or property at risk.
