About Me
What are some of your interests/hobbies/favorite pastimes?
Kevin Crocker:
Off-road racing and pretty much anything with an engine in it
Who are your role models?
Kevin Crocker:
Formula 1 driver Michael Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel
Do you have any ‘pre-show’ rituals you run through?
Kevin Crocker:
I go over the moves I want to do in freestyle in my head and make a mental map.
What is your favorite memory on or off the racetrack?
Kevin Crocker:
My favorite memory on a race track would be way back in 2005 when I got my first podium at a 300-mile off-road race.
What is your most prized possession?
Kevin Crocker:
My prized procession is my family and especially my kids.

Life on the Road with Monster Jam
What is the best and worst thing about being on the road every weekend with Monster Jam?
Kevin Crocker:
The best thing about being on the road is meeting all the fans and putting so many smiles on all the kids’ faces. The worst part about being on the road is being away from home and family.
While on the road, what is your favorite thing to do during your free time?
Kevin Crocker:
I like to go explore the various cities and see what they have to offer.
How do you keep fit?
Kevin Crocker:
When I’m home, I live a very active lifestyle which keeps me in shape.
What item(s) can you not live without while traveling on the road with Monster Jam?
Kevin Crocker:
My iPad so that I can keep up-to-date with how all the racing is going around the world.
What is your favorite city to travel to? Why?
Kevin Crocker:
I have many favorite cities but probably my all-time favorite is Colorado Springs, Colorado. I love the proximity to the mountains, and it’s such a beautiful area. There is always something fun to do, and you never know what’s around the next bend in the road.

Career
How did you get started competing in Monster Jam?
Kevin Crocker:
I was Pablo Huffaker's crew chief for a year before jumping into the seat.
What is your favorite part about competing in Monster Jam?
Kevin Crocker:
My favorite part is the Pit Parties and meeting the fan. In off-road racing, we don't ever really get the opportunity to meet our fans, and I am a people person. My favorite driving competition would have to be racing; I am a very competitive person and I like heads up racing.
How would you describe your driving style?
Kevin Crocker:
I have been told by many other drivers that I don't drive like anyone else. I would say it’s from an off-road racing background. My driving is very calculated; I’m planning my next move way before I get to it.
What advice would you give to kids who want to become a Monster Jam driver?
Kevin Crocker:
Live your dreams You only get one chance in life to do what you really want and love, so my advice would be work hard, be your best, and you can do anything you set your mind to.
What is your greatest memory as a Monster Jam driver?
Kevin Crocker:
Probably the first time that I won an event which was in Hartford, Connecticut in Wheelies. In my head, I thought to myself, “Hah! I got it,” and I’ve never looked back. I try to win every event that I compete in.
Who in Monster Jam do you look up to for inspiration?
Kevin Crocker:
I look up to Pablo Huffaker and Tom Meents. They both have been mentors to me getting started in Monster Jam and are phenomenal drivers. I have a lot to learn from both of them.
