DATES OF PROMOTION: “Monster Jam 10k Stunt” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 21, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 16, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official clock of the Promotion. All Entrants (defined below) must have access to the Internet in order to enter. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service provider may apply.

 

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or Canada (excluding Quebec Province) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state/province of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of Sponsor, Spin Master Ltd., their respective  subsidiaries, and each of their respective parent companies, franchisees, affiliates, contractors, consultants, legal counsel, public relations, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, website providers, webmasters, advertising and promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (including but not limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”)), and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion (including but not limited to, the Stunt (as defined and discussed below) (the “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to participate. Promotion is void in Quebec Province, outside of the United States, Canada and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. By entering the Promotion, Entrant indicates their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

 

HOW TO ENTER: Visit https://www.monsterjam.com/10kStunt (“Website”) and complete the online entry form (the “Entry Form”) in its entirety by submitting your full name (including your first and last name), email address, city, state/province, zip code/postal code and phone number. Email address must be valid as Finalists will be notified by email. You must also confirm that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in your state/province of residence, whichever is older. You may be asked whether you wish to opt-in to receive promotional emails from Sponsor and/or Spin Master Ltd. but doing so is NOT required and whether (or not) you choose to opt-in to such emails will NOT affect your ability to enter the Promotion or your odds of winning. Upon clicking the “Enter” button, Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion (“Base Entry”). Entrant must submit the Entry Form by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 16, 2022 to receive a Base Entry. There is a limit of one (1) Base Entry per Entrant per day of the Promotion Period, with a day being defined as 12:00 a.m. ET – 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

In all cases, in order to receive Bonus Entry/Entries, the required action must be taken from the link on the “Thank You for Entering” page which opens up after submission of Base Entry. If required action is taken in any other form, no Bonus Entry/Entries will be received. 

 

{As used herein, “entry” refers collectively to Base Entries and Bonus Entries.}

 

Neither Sponsor nor any other Promotion Entities are responsible for any entry that is lost, late, corrupted, inaccessible, unrecorded, improperly recorded, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions or any other reason, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

 

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a Base Entry, the Base Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person receiving a Bonus Entry, the Bonus Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided on the corresponding Base Entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential Winners (defined below) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

 

Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the allowable number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Accounts, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods, including, but not limited to, automated entry, will void all of that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Accounts. Neither the Sponsor nor any Promotion Entity will verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant whose social media account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Promotion or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein.

 

RANDOM DRAWING TO SELECT FINALISTS:  On or about October 17, 2022 nine thousand eight hundred fifty (9,850) Finalists will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will take place at Independent Administrator’s offices in Newark, NY (USA).  Odds of being selected as a Finalist depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Independent Administrator, whose decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all respects.

 

One hundred fifty (150) additional Finalists will be selected by Sponsor and/or Spin Master Ltd. in their sole discretion from among the following (and perhaps other) methods: (a) free fan events promoting Monster Jam motorsports events at select locations in the U.S. and/or Canada; (b) postings on the official social media pages of Monster Jam; (c) postings on the official social media pages of Monster Jam Toys.

 

Finalists will be notified by the Sponsor or Independent Administrator ONLY via email within five (5) days from the drawing date (the “Finalist Notification”). The Finalist Notification will only be sent once.  If Finalist Notification is returned as undeliverable, such Finalist will be disqualified and an alternate Finalist will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period from the Base and Bonus Entries, and he/she will be notified as outlined above, time permitting.

 

DETERMINATION OF PRIZE WINNERS/ODDS: Each Finalist will be randomly assigned to one of the ten thousand (10,000) diecast trucks participating in the World’s Largest Display of Toy Monster Jam Monster Trucks (the “Stunt”), currently scheduled to take place at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida on or about Saturday, October 29, 2022.** The diecast trucks will be placed on a specially designed ramp, with the diecast trucks being randomly assigned to one (1) of one hundred forty-five (145) tracks on the ramp, with each track accommodating approximately seventy (70) diecast trucks.  The diecast trucks will be released down the ramp continuously by the independent third-party agency hosting the Stunt (“Stunt Administrator”). The Finalist assigned to the diecast truck which lands the closest to the pin placed in the center of a target located beneath the ramp is the Potential Grand Prize Winner; the Finalist assigned to the diecast truck which lands second closest to the pin is the Potential First Prize Winner; the Finalist assigned to the diecast truck which lands third closest to the pin is the Potential Second Prize Winner. The determination of which diecast trucks landed closest to the pin will be made by the Stunt Administrator in its sole discretion. Odds of a Finalist winning a Prize depend on the total number of Finalists and the results of the release of the diecast trucks on the ramp during the Stunt but are no worse than 1:3333.

 

Finalists are encouraged – but not required – to watch the release of diecast trucks via ramp at the Stunt in person or via live stream (details to be announced).  Whether (or not) a Finalist watches the Stunt live will not affect his/her odds of winning.

 

**By posting notice on the Website, Sponsor reserves the right to change the date of the Stunt and/or the release of diecast trucks via ramp at the Stunt. 

 

GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for four (4) to the Monster Jam Event (excluding Monster Jam World Finals) in the United States or Canada during the 2023 calendar year (Monster Jam Event schedule has not been released, but will be provided to Winner once available) that is the closest to Winner’s legal residence or otherwise approved by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize includes: i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for four (4) persons to/from a major commercial airport/international airport near Grand Prize Winner’s legal residence and a major commercial airport/international airport near site of approved Monster Jam Event, ii) two (2) night hotel accommodations (quad occupancy/standard room, room and tax only) at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor, iii) meet and greet (subject to driver availability, driver[s] may or may not pose for “selfies” or autograph items in their sole discretion) and opportunity to announce Monster Jam Event to live audience as part of kick-off festivities (subject to availability, production exigencies and Winner’s compliance with Sponsor’s instructions), iv) souvenir panel from monster truck participating in Monster Jam Event with Winner’s name (if other than Winner’s birth name, any nickname is subject to approval by Sponsor) autographed by driver of corresponding monster truck (specific monster truck/driver to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; autographed panel will not come with certificate of authenticity), v) four (4) 100-level tickets and pit passes to Monster Jam Event, vi) one (1) Monster Jam Official Mega Megalodon remote control truck [specific model to be determined by Sponsor], and vii) ten thousand dollars (USD), awarded as cash or cash equivalent (the “Grand Prize”). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $14,110 (USD). {ARV does not reflect re-sale value of autographed panel.}

 

FIRST PRIZE: First Prize Winner will receive a trip for four (4) to Orlando, FL to Monster Jam World Finals in May 2023 (projected dates: from May 19, 2023 to May 21, 2023; once available, actual dates will be provided to winner) to include: i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for four (4) persons to/from a major commercial airport/international airport near First Prize Winner’s legal residence and a major commercial airport/international airport near Orlando, FL, ii) three (3) night hotel accommodations (quad occupancy/standard room, room and tax only) at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor, iii) four (4) passes to a VIP Experience (e.g., meet and greet- subject to driver availability, driver[s] may or may not pose for “selfies” or autograph items in their sole discretion), iv) four (4) 100-level tickets and pit passes to Monster Jam World Finals, and (v) one (1) Monster Jam Garage playset (the “First Prize”). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the First Prize is $3,960 (USD).

 

SECOND PRIZE: Second Prize Winner will receive a Monster Jam toy prize pack (the “Second Prize”). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Second Prize is $1,000 (USD).

 

The Grand Prize, First Prize and Second Prize are each a “Prize”. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $19,070 (USD).  Each potential winner and each final, confirmed winner of a Prize is referred to herein as a “Winner”. 

 

For Grand and First Prizes: 

 

Details, including trip dates are at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize must be taken on the dates determined by the Sponsor. In the event the Winner is unable to travel on the dates determined by the Sponsor the Winner will forfeit his/her right to the Grand Prize/First Prize and no compensation will be awarded. Trip, events and experiences, travel and lodging elements selected by Sponsor may be subject to change due to impracticability or unavailability, or for any other reason as determined necessary by Sponsor or its designee, and are subject to any and all applicable health and safety protocols (which may be dictated by provider/location policies and/or state, provincial, municipal and/or local government requirements – all of which are subject to change at any time, including as the result of the COVID-19 pandemic). Tickets, VIP experiences and certificates if any, are subject to the terms and conditions of issuer and will not be replaced by Sponsor if lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged or destroyed. Prize ARV may vary, depending on the point, date and time of departure. Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded as cash or otherwise. The meet and greet element of Prize and, for Grand Prize, the opportunity to announce Monster Jam Event, have no cash value and Winner will not receive any alternate prize or compensation of such prize element(s) cannot be awarded for any reason. Prize must be accepted as a whole or will be forfeited in its entirety. If the Winner and guests cannot travel on the dates specified by the Sponsor, the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. All travel arrangements must be made through a travel agent or entity selected by Sponsor. Winner will be responsible for all meals, transportation, excursions, tips or gratuities, fuel, parking, beverages, telephone calls, overages, baggage fees, extras and any other incidental costs or expenses not specifically stated herein as being included. Specific air carrier(s) and other trip specifics are selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All travel is subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Travel must originate and end at the same major gateway airport. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Winner and guests will be required to obtain and maintain all insurance (including health, liability and any other insurance) and all necessary travel documents (for Canadian Winners and guests, including passport). Winner acknowledges and agrees that the Promotion Entities are not providers/carriers of transportation, or insurance providers. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked. No frequent flier miles will be earned on any element of Prize travel. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor or its designee. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any changes of any element of the Prize, nor are they liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight/event changes, cancellation or delays. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. Any unclaimed and/or unused element of the Prize, or any element thereof, will remain the property of Sponsor or its designee. The Prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Affidavit (as defined herein), and/or other travel or release documents. If Winner is later found to be ineligible or non-compliant, he/she will be immediately required to return and forfeit any prize awarded. In the event Winner and/or guests engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor (or its designee) in their absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, dangerous, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or may cause harm, property damage or any other loss, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and to send the Winner (and guests) home with no further compensation. The preceding includes but is not limited to, Winner and guests’ participation in meet and greet element of Prize.

 

Prize will be forfeited if Winner is unable to attend approved Monster Jam Event (for Grand Prize Winner) or Monster Jam World Finals (for First Prize Winner) on the date selected by Sponsor.  Winner understands and agrees that Sponsor and/or prize provider have the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify and remove the Grand Prize Winner or his or her guests from the approved Monster Jam Event (for Grand Prize Winner) or Monster Jam World Finals (for First Prize Winner) at any time without compensation if the Winner’s or his or her guest’s behavior at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Sponsor or otherwise violates the policies of the Sponsor and in such a case, Winner will still be solely responsible for all taxes and other expenses related to the Grand Prize or First Prize (as applicable), if any. Any Prize activities, experiences or other elements may be selected or substituted by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) in its sole and absolute discretion.

 

Should Grand Prize Winner live within reasonable driving distance of approved Monster Jam Event/First Prize Winner live within reasonable driving distance of Orlando, Florida, air transportation element of Prize will be replaced with ground transportation or a stipend to be used for same and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.  Should Winner elect to travel without all three (3) allotted guests, Prize will be modified so as to be appropriate for actual number of travelers and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.

 

In the event any issues arise due to a pandemic, the Sponsor has the right to make changes to the Prize as necessary and will provide any changes to the Winner.  SPONSOR MAY MODIFY, SUSPEND OR EVEN ELIMINATE PRIZE TRAVEL ALTOGETHER WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE NOTICE AND WITHOUT LIABILITY OF ANY KIND BASED ON MODIFICATIONS TO U.S. AND/OR CANADIAN FEDERAL/STATE/PROVINCIAL/MUNICIPAL/LOCAL LAWS/REGULATIONS  SETTING FORTH REQUIRED CONDUCT RELATIVE TO COVID-19 (E.G., A MORATORIUM ON TRAVEL ISSUED BY ONE OF MORE GOVERNMENTAL BODIES; UPDATED QUARANTINE POLICIES OF ONE OR MORE JURISDICTIONS); SPONSOR’S ASSESSMENT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION OF CURRENT HEALTH CONDITIONS IN APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA AS TO POSITIVE TESTS FOR COVID-19, PROJECTIONS BY GOVERNMENTAL BODIES OR RESEARCH INSTITUTIONS AS TO THE SPREAD OF COVID-19); AND/OR ANCILLARY CONCERNS RELATED THERETO.

 

For All Prizes: 

 

Prize has no cash value (except for $10,000 cash/cash equivalent element of Grand Prize) and any unused portion of Prize will not be awarded as cash or otherwise. No transfer, assignment or substitution of Prize (in whole or in part), except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Products, tickets, or any other element received as part of any Prize may not be resold, auctioned, bartered, or placed into any other unauthorized channels of distribution. Any prize pictured in advertising or promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual prize awarded.

 

No transfer or substitution of any Prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. The value of a Prize is taxable as income and the Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to such Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes that become due with respect to the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any part of Prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen portion of any Prize. No more than the one (1) Grand Prize, one (1) First Prize and one (1) Second Prize as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. A given person, family or household may only win one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes.

 

PRIZE NOTIFICATION/CLAIM: Potential Winners will be notified by the Independent Administrator via email or any other available contact source provided at the time of entry by November 7, 2022 (the “Prize Notification”).  Potential Winners will also be announced as the unofficial Winners live at the Stunt itself. In the event the Independent Administrator cannot reach a potential Winner via the Prize Notification, the potential Winner does not respond by the date indicated within the Notification, or if it is determined by the Independent Administrator/Sponsor, in their sole discretion, that a potential Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified (without compensation of any kind) and an alternate Winner will be determined based on the Finalist assigned to the diecast truck that was next closest to the pin.. If a Finalist assigned to a diecast truck which landed closest, second closest, third closest (and so on) to the pin after the release of the diecast trucks on the ramp during the Stunt is a Canadian resident, in order to be deemed a potential Winner, he/she must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind within a time limit. 

 

Except where prohibited, Winner must sign and return to the Independent Administrator, within the date and time indicated in the Notification, an “Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release” and IRS form W-9 or other appropriate tax form (collectively, the “Required Documents”) in order to claim the Prize. Potential guests (for the Grand Prize/First Prize) will also need to complete a Travel Companion Release document; if potential guest is a minor in their state/province of residence, the Travel Companion Release must be signed by the potential guest’s parent or legal guardian who must be the Grand Prize/First Prize Winner or another guest of Grand Prize/First Prize Winner. If a potential Winner fails to sign and return the Required Documents within the required time period, the potential Winner forfeits his/her right to the Prize and the alternate potential Winner will be the Finalist that was assigned to the diecast truck that was next closest to the pin. The value associated with each Prize is taxable as income and the applicable Winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the Prize. The Sponsor (or third party acting on its behalf) must report the value of the Prize to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service in the year the Prize is received by the Winner and will be reported to the Winner and the Internal Revenue Service in the form of a Form 1099 or other appropriate tax form. (If Winner is a Canadian resident, he/she will also be responsible for U.S. foreign withholding tax on the value of the Prize.)  In the event it is deemed during the verification process that the potential Winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number or other acceptable identifier for Sponsor (or third party acting on its behalf) to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the Prize, potential Winner will be disqualified and another Winner will be selected as outlined above. Valid social security numbers or other identifiers will be determined by IRS requirements. If it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that a potential Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, the potential Winner forfeits his/her right to the Prize and an alternate potential Winner will be selected based on the Finalist that was assigned the diecast truck that was next closest to the pin. In the event that a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor shall have no liability or obligation to such individual.

 

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, local and municipal laws. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree: [a] to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules;  [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Spin Master Ltd., their respective employees, officers, directors, franchisees, licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies (including National Sweepstakes Company LLC) and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion, as well as Meta Platforms, Inc., Twitter, Inc. and Google LLC from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize; and [c] if a Winner, to the use of his/her name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor or Promotion Entities without further compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.  All Promotion materials are subject to verification and are void if [a] not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels; [b] any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way; [c] are obtained where prohibited; or [d] are mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, water damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or which contain any printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for any Prize. Sponsor’s liability for defective Promotion materials is limited to replacement while supplies last. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Promotion Materials submitted to Sponsor and / or Independent Administrator.  Sponsor, its licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion and their respective directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for printing, distribution or production errors and Sponsor may rescind, cancel or revoke the Promotion based upon any printing, distribution, production or other error without liability at its sole discretion. Sponsor and/or Independent Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or postage due requests or claims or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Promotion (or any part thereof, including but not limited to the release of the diecast trucks on the ramp during the Stunt) to be disrupted, corrupted or otherwise affected so that it cannot be conducted as originally intended by Sponsor for any reason.  Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, Independent Administrator, and/or Stunt Administrator or is in default of any agreement with Sponsor. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotion, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, fraud, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion (including but not limited to any force majeure event which prevents the release of the diecast trucks on the ramp during the Stunt being conducted as originally intended by Sponsor for any reason) Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or take other actions as appropriate in its sole discretion to award the advertised number of prizes among all eligible entrants.  Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.  This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Twitter or YouTube.

 

NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and each and all of the Promotion Entities as well as Meta Platforms, Inc., Twitter, Inc. and Google LLC from and against any claims made by Winners, Entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of the Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity, in the Promotion or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery.
