Saturday 2:00pm

Close to 3,000 fans showed up for the Built Ford Tough party in the pits and got the opportunity to meet the super stars of Monster Jam. The snow was coming down strong at the start of today’s competition but that didn’t stop the fans from coming out.

The opening ceremonies and introductions started us off and the first problem of the day started with Black Stallion breaking a rear axle as well as Turtle doing the same in the wheelie contest. Iron Warrior also had starting problems and was unable to compete in racing. These things happen this far into the season which is hard not only on the trucks but also on the crews. Each crew rebounded and all was ready for freestyle with some wild action fro the Monster Jam fans.

The wheelie contest found Grave Digger as the big winner as he scored a solid 28. Bounty Hunter was second with a 24 followed by Rap Attack with a great wheelie and a 23. Every score was close and Martial Law proved it with a 22 as each truck did just enough to take the lead by one point each time. Bad Habit took a score of 20, Iron Warrior scored a 18 and Turtle Rounded out the field with a 17.

Bounty Hunter proved that today it was his day for racing. The Ford power out lasted the competition and he took the racing finals win over grave Digger by inches. Bounty Hunter made it to the finals with wins over Martial Law in round one and a win over Black Stallion in the semi finals. Grave Digger made it to the finals with a bye run in the first round and a win over Bad Habit in the semi finals. In other racing Bad Habit took out Rap Attack in another close race and Black Stallion got a bye when Iron Warrior was unable to come to the line.

Freestyle scoring again was close and every truck filled the 60 second clock. The surprise was Turtle getting his truck back together just in time to take a solid second place to Grave Digger loosing only by one point with a score of 26. Digger again wowed the fans with some sick air and took the win with a 27. Bounty Hunter tried to double down but came up short with a 25. Bad Habit finished better today with a 22 followed by a tie with scores of 21 going to Black Stallion and Rap Attack. Martial law and Iron Warrior rounded out the field with a 20 and 17.
