Tonight’s show was an absolute barnburner! The drivers were having an exceptional time running beyond what would seem like a normal level of a show. There was no doubt about it, these guys were here to have fun and the clearly makes for a great show! As a matter of fact, not one driver stopped at the end of his session in freestyle. They raised the bar tonight and it showed. Put it this way, this was a true monster fans show tonight!

Saturday

Tonight’s sellout crowd saw yet another night of talented drivers go at it once again in head to head competition. There were a few changes in the order of things tonight. King Krunch and Dragon Slayer ran a very close race in the Chicago style format. It was a very close call with the nod going to Dragon Slayer in the Monster Final. As for the Freestyle event, Muscle Machine started things off with a twenty-six-point run that looked hard to beat. King Krunch then drew a twenty-eight point score with only two trucks left. Bounty Hunter went first and pulled off a thirty point score. A usual sure winner of a score, but it was not to be. Grave Digger stepped up to the plate and also drew a thirty point score. That left us with a fan yell-off decision than favored Grave Digger.

Sunday’s show is the third of the weekend for the drivers. You might think they would get tired and back off a little in show performance. If you did subscribe to that thinking, you’d be clearly wrong. As a matter of fact, it appeared the drivers wanted to sign off the weekend with even more energy than they started off with! So if you ever thought you might skip a Sunday show because it’s at the end of the weekend, don’t! You’ll be glad you went to any of the shows. The entire weekend seemed a bit high powered!
