Weekend Race Recap
Pensacola, FL(March 7-8, 2003)
Friday
It was a wild night in Pensacola for the world famous monster trucks. Thunder Nationals fans were treated to a Gravedigger, Bad News Final in racing with Digger pulling out the win by inches.
Freestyle Motocross made its first trip to the Civic Center to the delight of the fans.
Mike Gravette was the overall winner but Greg Hartman, Keith Higginbotham, and Casey Higgins all drew cheers.

Final
Gravedigger took out Bad News in a very close contest.
Problems with Eradicators rear steer plagued him the entire night. Jim Jack turned in a very impressive showing before the hometown crowd.
Saturday
Action started early in the evening Saturday night for the Thunder Nationals in Pensacola. Jim Jack of Milton Florida has his Reptiod truck dialed in for most of the night. Reptiod continued to chew away at the popularity of crowd favorite Gravedigger most of the night.
Judging in all contests was hard but fair giving the ThunderNationals a feel of the type of competition one sees only at the world finals.
