Weekend Race Recap
Memphis, TN (February 7-8, 2003)
Friday Kathy Winston in Sobe went up against her husband Bryan Winston in Inferno. Bryon won his first Monster Race ever tonight!
In Quad Wars, Team Memphis went up against Team Vegas. It was good back and forth racing, and Team Memphis came out on top.
We had a special appearance by Steve Wagner on a KX 250 motocross bike. He performed awesome tricks and made the crowd fall in love with him.
Saturday With only her front wheel steering, Sobe went up against Big Dawg driven by Doug Noelcie. Tonight, she couldn't run with the Big Dawn and Doug took the main event win.
In the Freestyle Competition, Sobe was the best. She claimed the win in freestyle for both nights. But a second lady of monsters followed in second-Joycelin Perrin in Lil Miss Dangerous, took second in the freestyle.
Quad Wars were filled with heated captain challenges. Team Las Vegas won both heats and the main event tonight! Talk about controversy!
