DIGGER BLOCK PARTY SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
"Digger Block Party" (the "Sweepstakes")   
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

1. TO ENTER

The sweepstakes will commence on 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) October 6, 2009. To enter, fill out and submit the entry form located at http://gravedigger.com or http://monsterjamonline.com before 10:59 PM EST on July 18, 2010.


Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Feld Motor Sports, Inc. (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for: (a) telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late or damaged, and all such entries are void; and (b) your inability to access the registration site, or any other error or malfunction which may occur, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes. In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Entrants must be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made.

2. SELECTION OF WINNER

One Grand Prize winner (“Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or after the 18th day of July, 2010 from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone and email. The winner will be required to sign and return to Feld an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days after the date of the notification, or an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. If the winner cannot be notified within 24 hours after the drawing, or in the event of non-compliance with each of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States ages 18 or older. Void where prohibited and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state or local laws and regulations. Employees of Sponsor, Feld Entertainment, Inc., Team Grave Digger, The United States Hot Rod Association, and any of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate or win. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States.

4. PRIZE

The Winner will receive: A DIGGER BLOCK PARTY (the “Party”) which includes, a GRAVE DIGGER Monster Truck display and the appearance of Dennis Anderson, or, in the event of his unavailability,  such other Monster Truck driver as may be selected by Sponsor,  during the Party at Winner’s home or at a location determined by Team Grave Digger and the USHRA to be more suitable, on a day to be mutually agreed upon by Team Grave Digger, the USHRA, and the Winner, with catering for fifty of the Winner’s friends.  Prize includes  Team Grave Digger on-site party planning services valued at approximately $1000, party DJ for a maximum of three (3) hours valued at approximately $500, rental of party equipment (rental value approximately $1000), party supplies and decorations valued at approximately $300 and various merchandise packages for Winner and guests valued at approximately $550. The Monster Truck display has a rental value of approximately $6,500. The appearance fee for Dennis Anderson is valued at $1000.00. The catering allowance is valued at approximately $1,000. The prize does not include airfare, transportation, or any meals other than those expressly set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

All taxes and all other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The total approximate value of the Grand Prize package is $11,850. The Grand Prize package is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor, Feld Entertainment, Inc., USHRA and all of their related and affiliated companies and the respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each of them shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by Winner for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in the Sweepstakes. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension.
6. PUBLICITY

By participating, where allowed by law, entrants agree that the Sponsor, Feld Entertainment, Inc. and USHRA may use winner’s name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation and may disclose certain data obtained from entrants in the Sweepstakes to third parties and use such information for marketing purposes. 7. ADDITIONAL RULES

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Feld Motor Sports, Inc. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. By entering you also agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or in the Sweepstakes itself. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes promotion.  Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules.
