So with this line up racing was hot, fast and nasty...but in the end it was to of our stars Spiderman and Lucas Oil Crusader and with the line up we had tonight, you would have thought I meant Max D and Grave Digger. But it was all Lindsey Weenk he was consistent and his throttle control was perfect and he was hooked up and took the win.
Quad wars saw the South against the North and each team got a piece of the pie, but neither team could dominate.
In a very special part of the night, Neil Elliott in Max Destruction came out to the floor and proceeded to do a complete back flip and the crowd went nuts and he was comming back for the Freestyle...
In Freestyle, the judges were tough and Spiderman opened with a 17. Fatal Attraction was in his first stadium ever and he did well. Spike had some trouble with the motor but still gave it a good effort.
El Toro Loco looked to be on his way to a great run but flipped prior to the 90 seconds allotted and he scored a 10.
Rod Ryan Show truck was incredible, Daron Basel hammered the truck to a score of 23 points and the lead...it lasted about 4 minutes as Brutus came out and matched him...co-leaders at 23 points.
Fiesta had a decent run but broke an axle that cost him a good score.
Then in a new truck, Metal Mulisha ran a fantastic run and scored a 20, but did not make bonus time. Lucas oil crusader Lindsey Weenk came close to the double down with a huge run that scored him a 29, the new leader. Then Max D came out and had a perfect freestyle used the track to it's fullest and ran a 32 point run and was our new leader...the it was Grave Digger time and the run started well but Chad hung a wheel and rolled and could not finish.
Max D took the win!!!
Good crowd, great racing and we are back next weekend!!!!
