El DiabloSM was the name selected by Monster Jam® fans for one of the newest Monster Jam trucks in the sport, voted on at Monsterjam.com by fans in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. Rookie driver JP, a native of southern California who speaks Spanish fluently was tabbed as the driver of El Diablo for its 2013 debut. JP’s background as a stuntman and in stunt driving seems to be a perfect fit for the Monster Jam truck whose name means “The Devil” in English. Understandably, as a Monster Jam truck selected by the fans, El Diablo embarked on an ambitious schedule from day one competing against the top superstars in the sport all over the world with an extra emphasis on thrilling the large and growing Hispanic Monster Jam fan base.

With its rookie year in the rear view mirror, El Diablo will get a makeover for 2014. When this machine jumps, its ghoulish grin and wagging tongue will tease the audience and fans alike. Look out for this villain as it looks to destroy everything in its path.
