TRUCK HISTORY
|
| In 2004, Chris Bergeron, owner and driver of Brutus, wanted a new look for his monster truck. With an idea in mind, an inspiration from Monster Jam® fans, and a little help from artist Jason Becker, Bergeron completed the new Brutus. The S-10 pick up body had a new head, that of a dog. His fans’ response was incredible. The new monster truck took to the track and became known for its wheelies and freestyle runs. One of its most memorable performances happened in Cleveland when Brutus flipped over completely backwards. Bergeron has been competing in the sport for eight years and often travels with his good friend and owner of Avenger, Jim Koehler.
